WHAT IS SWP
WHAT IS SWP
SWP, or Systematic Withdrawal Plan, is a method that
allows you to withdraw a fixed amount of
money regularly from your mutual fund investment. It is the opposite
of SIP. While SIP helps you invest regularly, SWP helps you withdraw regularly – monthly, quarterly, or
annually – based on your needs. This is especially useful for retired
individuals or those who need a steady income without disturbing their entire
investment. At the same time, the remaining amount stays invested and continues
to grow. SWP offers a great way to manage
your cash flow, reduce tax burden, and maintain financial stability
after retirement or during passive income planning.
